1.Inner ring and outer ring

The inner ring and outer ring of the slewing ring are made of surface-hardened steel. When the user has no special requirements, 50Mn steel or 42CrMo steel is generally used. Normalizing or quenching and tempering treatment is usually done according to customer needs to improve the mechanical properties of the forgings, but sometimes in order to meet the needs of special applications, other materials, such as aluminum, stainless steel, etc., can also be selected according to the specific requirements of users.

2.Rolling elements

The rolling elements refer to steel balls and rollers. The rolling elements of the slewing bearing are generally made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel, brand is GCr15, use overall quenching to achieve higher hardness.

3.Sealing

The sealing material, slewing ring seal is generally made of oil resistant nitrile rubber NBR, which is suitable for most use environments. Depending on the use temperature, low-temperature silicone rubber seals with low temperature resistance and high-temperature fluorine rubber seals can also be selected.

4.Cage material

Cage material, the cage of the slewing bearing has a variety of structural types and materials, according to specific conditions of use to choose suitable cage, the cage of the slewing bearing has an integral type, sectional type, spacer type and other structures.

Among them, the integral and sectional cages are made of No. 20 steel, No. 45 steel or ZL102 cast aluminum alloy, brass, nylon and other materials. The spacer type is made of polyamide 1010 resin, nylon, brass, etc.

5.Grease nipples

Grease nipples are generally made of brass and stainless steel.
