Analysis of U-TRSM integrated heavy duty slew drive technology

This integrated slew drive is combined with a rotating platform. The customer requires the maximum load of the platform to be 3t, the diameter of the rotating platform is required to be 2m, the platform speed is 12r/min, and the rated output torque is ≥ 13KN.m. U-TRSM design engineers have developed this slew drive according to customer needs, integrated design of base and platform, through the customer’s load and other practical application conditions, according to finite element design analysis, determine the slew drive model, base and platform material and thickness and other parameters.

This slew drive has an axial load capacity of up to 3101 KN, a tilting moment of up to 560 KN.m, a maximum speed of up to 41 r/min, and a rated output torque of up to 36.4 KN.m.
