Product Details

W25 open worm gear worm shaft slewing drive is used in automation equipment. The customer has limited installation space in the horizontal direction, it’s necessary to limit the outer diameter of the slewing drive, require large output torque and large gear ratio. According to customer requirements, Unique Transmission has designed 25″ open worm gear worm shaft slewing drive for customers.

 

For customers’ smooth installation, through remove housing and addendum modification to reduce the outer diameter of the slewing drive, the slewing drive input end is designed with an adapter flange according to the customer’s reducer motor interface dimensions, customer can directly connect and use it. The non-input end can be designed with a manual hexagonal head, which is convenient for customers to manually rotate the slewing drive during installation and debugging or emergency situations.

 

The slewing drive housing is processed by machining center to ensure accurate matching dimensions, reasonable technological arrangement ensures that the axial movement of the worm shafts meet design requirements. Slewing bearing adopts small clearance and high precision to ensure the slewing bearing’s end face runout and radial runout, strictly control the teeth precision to ensure the final assembly a high precision slewing drive.
