The model S-II-O-0741 precision grinding gear slewing drives for special rotary table are used in special equipment in workshops. The customer requires that the slewing drives can achieve accurate stop, and the slewing drives must not shake when the rotation stop, and the rotation is required to be stable.
According to the customer’s turntable sizes and comprehensive performance requirements, Unique Transmission recommended the II series 0741 slewing drives for customer. We discussed with the customer about starting torques of the slewing drives under specific working conditions, choosing the appropriate safety factors, appropriate reducers and servo motors.
We designed the connecting flanges of the slewing drives according to the sizes of the output end of the reducers selected by the customer, and redesigned the matching sizes of the transmission gears. After the modification, the customer’s reducers can be directly connected with the slewing drives, which are convenient for the customer to use.
CNC gear grinding corrects the gear ring deformation and gear shape error caused by gear quenching, the gear and gear ring can fit better after grinding, which can ensure normal operation under a small tooth gap, and can be well used in high-precision occasions.
On the inner rings, outer rings and housings of the slewing drives, we designed fixed positions of sensors, the fixed positions of the positioning devices, and the fixed positions of the special pipelines for the customer in specific positions, to provide support for the customer to realize the highly integrated and compact design of the equipment.
