Product Details

This slewing drive is used in automated mixing equipment. The customer requires that it rotate in the same direction at a constant speed with a high rotational speed. The support for the mixing drum must not shake, the start and stop processes are both gradual in and out relatively slow. Based on the load provided by the customer for the stirred workpiece, the design engineers at U-TRSM selected the heavy duty series 0655 slewing drive. This slewing drive has a maximum rotational speed of 61 r/min, fully meeting the customer’s requirements. It features a negative clearance design, which significantly reduces vibration during rotation, and the gear grinding design ensures smoother rotation, with end face runout ≤0.05 and the high precision design.

This slewing drive has a maximum load of 2102 kN, tilting moment of 280 kNm, and rated output torque of 25.6 kNm.

U-TRSM’s slewing drives are widely used in the mixing industry. Gear type slewing drives have high efficiency and high speed capabilities, and are suitable for medium and high speed mixing scenarios that require rapid mixing. The compact structure and lightweight design reduce the volume and weight, optimize space layout, and reduce the design weight of the whole machine. The design of full protection (IP65) reduces grease pollution and maintenance frequency. The teeth are hardened to increase wear resistance, and gear grinding treatment reduces vibration and noise. The upper and lower ends of the input gear are supported to reduce faults and extend the service life, which is particularly suitable for dust and splashing scenes. It does not have self-locking characteristics, which can reduce the cushioning impact force in the event of a collision and avoid rigid damage to the equipment.
