The S-III-O-0648 precision spur gear slewing drive designed by Unique Transmission’s engineers are used by customer in industrial automation devices. These devices need to use high-torque reduction motors to drive slewing drive, and required precision is very high, and it is necessary to grind the slewing bearings and pinions inside the slewing drive.
In response to these customer requirements, we designed these III series module 8 slewing drives for customer. The series III slewing drive are heavy-duty type in our product line, featuring high load-carrying capacity, strong anti-overturning ability and large output torque. Coupled with grinding process, the stability and precision of these spur gear slewing drive will be maintained very well.
The slewing bearings inside the slewing drive adopt zero clearance to ensure smooth transmission without loss of slewing accuracy. Gears and gear rings are ground by CNC gear grinding machines to ensure tooth accuracy. The customer’s reducer connection flanges are very large and need to use drive shafts for power transmission. Therefore, we have adapted and processed the transmission shafts for customer, and the transmission shafts are connected by involute splines, which can ensure the transmission accuracy and transmission reliability at the same time.
Through long-term adaptation of reducer flanges to customers, we have accumulated rich experience. As long as customers choose appropriate reducers, our engineers can help customers design suitable adapter flanges to meet the diverse needs of customers.
