High load slewing drive solution for deep sea conditions at 30 metres

This slewing drive is used in marine machinery and equipment, suitable for underwater locations at depths of up to 30 metres in seawater. It is compatible with encoders. The design engineers of U-TRSM designed and developed this waterproof slewing drive based on customer’s usage requirements and added waterproof encoders. This slewing drive uses a double ball, large module, double worm input design, which greatly improves the torque and load capacity of the slewing drive.

The axial load of this slewing drive can reach 5665KN, the radial load can reach 2116KN, the tilting moment can reach 720KN.m, the rated output torque can reach 274KN.m, and the rotation center diameter is 620mm, which greatly improves the performance of the slewing drive in the limited use space.
