Product Details

This product is mounted vertically and positioned with the slewing drive housing. Two slewing drives are used in conjunction with each other, divided into a driving end and a driven end, and supported at both ends to synchronise the rotation of both sides of the workpiece being machined in the middle. This slewing drive is used on automation equipment, subject to the installation space and other impacts, the customer requires vertical installation, and the external position of the gear for mounting and positioning, which is equivalent to connecting the housing to the customer’s base.

 

According to customer’s requirements, U-TRSM design engineers designed this slewing drive, and carry out finish machining on the housing, so that the drive end and the driven end of the two slewing drive heads are aligned, with consistent center distances, enabling synchronous rotation.

 

Based on the customer’s working conditions, after calculation and design, as well as verification of after-sales experience, U-TRSM provided a complete set of components including precision planetary gearboxes, servo motors, and servo drives. When customer uses the slewing drive, they can use it with power connected, eliminating the problems that can arise from connecting and adapting between various levels of components, greatly facilitating customer convenience.
