Oil lubrication is mainly suitable for slewing drive applications in high speed, heavy duty and high temperature occasions, has a better cooling effect, can take away the heat generated by the friction of the gears, and can better to improve the anti-corrosion and anti-wear performance. For example, our product 2 series 0411 is oil-lubricated and specially designed so that the speed of this slewing drive can reach more than 100 rpm. The cost of oil lubrication is high, and customers need to have a complete set of oil circulation system and auxiliary workpieces to ensure the quality of oil.
Grease lubrication is simple, convenient and economical.
