H-I-O-0229 helical gear spur gear slewing drives with reducers (gearboxes) are used in industrial automation equipment. During operation, the slewing drives have large loads, large torques and high instantaneous start-up speeds with frequent forward and reverse rotations.
According to the customers’ application requirements, Unique Transmission’s engineers designed this type of helical gear slewing drives. The helical gear transmission has the advantages of smooth transition meshing, stable transmission, low noise and high tooth coincidence, which can reduce the actual load of the gear and improve the load capacity of the gear.
The helical gear transmission will have an axial component force. During the design process, we fully consider this effect, use suitable support bearings, adopt reasonable designs, measure and adjust parameters during the assembly process to ensure the stable and reliable rotation of the gears.
The customers need us to match the appropriate reducers (gearboxes). According to the working conditions, we choose the planetary reducers with suitable output torque and gear ratio and have made suitable designs for reducers and slewing drives. Before delivery, we installed the planetary reducers for customers. When our customers receive the goods, they can directly connect to the servo motor rotary units, then their equipment can be rotated and used, very convenient.
