S-III-O-0555 heavy duty precision spur gear slewing drives are used for industrial automation equipment. They are installed horizontally and perform intermittent reciprocating motion. Customers require small rotation angle error, large output torque and good accuracy.

The reciprocating motion is often accompanied by the impact loads of the gears. Selecting large module teeth can easily cope with the impact loads. The teeth with large modulus are ground after quenching, which is difficult to wear and can maintain the transmission accuracy for a long time.
The input end gears adopt involute splines with high precision and good reliability to transmit torque, which ensure stability and reliability during reciprocating motion.
