S-II-O-0311 external gear spur gear slewing drives are used in the production line of automated equipment to rotate the turntables. They require a certain gear ratio, larger loads have limited installation space, especially the transverse space. Based on customer needs, Unique Transmission has designed the II series 0311 slewing drive for customers.
The II series slewing drive module is 6, the height of the slewing bearing and the housing thickness are thicker than that of the I series, the comprehensive load capacity is larger than that of the I series, the teeth adopt a modulus of 6 and the output torque is larger than that of the I series, the gear ratio is greater than that of the III series, It is a very compromise solution. In order to facilitate the installation of customers, a piece of the adapter flange is cut off to meet the customer’s installation requirements without affecting the strength and structure of the slewing drive.
The slewing drive of the II series is the middle series of the I series and the III series, many application examples require the slewing drive of the II series. Its cost performance and practicability are very high, especially for the slewing drive with a large size, if the load is too large, or the precision type is required, we recommended to use the slewing drive of the II series, which has better overall stability than the I series.
