The external gear slewing drive code S-II-O-0450 designed by the engineers of Unique Transmission need to be installed horizontally in automation equipment to drive the fixtures on equipment to rotate. The customer needs the output speed of the slewing drive to be 8 rpm, and at the same time the slewing drive need to output a large torque when they are working in rotation.
Our engineers designed these S-II-O-0450 slewing drive according to the customer’s needs and combined with the space size allowed by the customer’s equipment. The slewing bearings and pinions in these slewing drive use module 6 teeth, and the teeth are hardened. The raw materials are selected 42CrMo forgings, and the raw materials are quenched and tempered. The support bearings of the gears are reinforced to fully meet the customer’s requirements for large output torque.
Our customer has special requirements for the finished product size of the slewing drive. In order to meet the customer’s needs, the designers of Unique Transmission adjusted the processing technology of the slewing drive and made corresponding adjustments to the relevant dimensions on the basis of standard products to ensure the controllability of the finished product dimensions. Finally, the assembled and debugged slewing drive are matched and processed to ensure that the products meet the needs of customers.
